CANCELLATION POLICY

TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES / NO SHOWS

Our time with each one of our guests is reserved for a one-on-one salon experience. We value our time with you more than anything and appreciate your respect for our stylists’ schedules. We respectfully require 48 HOURS notice prior to the start of your appointment to reschedule, change, or cancel an appointment.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.
– The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.
– The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services.
This applies to missed appointments due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or time-zone differences.

No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked services and will not be re-booked.
Our policy is in effect and highly enforced. No exceptions will be made.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to concierge@mavnhair.com.com or text / call the salon at (587) 415-8600.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that things may happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. We are committed to doing everything we can to accommodate you, however, if you are running more than 10 minutes late and we cannot accommodate your full appointment, a cancellation fee (100% of the book services) will be charged.

Appointments reserved for one hour or less (consultations, express roots, extension maintenance) have a no-grace period late policy as these appointments require every minute scheduled.

Mavn Hair Salon reserves the right to turn away guests with repeated late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows, or may require upfront payment for future bookings to respect our stylist’s time and schedule.

Credit Card

Your credit card is not charged when you book an appointment with us, we keep your credit card on file and will only charge your card as per this policy.

For your safety and security, we do not store your credit card information within the salon or our systems, it will be kept on file with our payment processing company. At no time do any of our team members have access to our client credit card information.

If you are one of our many loyal, regular customers you can avoid having to enter credit card information every time you book an appointment by creating an account with us by clicking on the sign up / Login area at the top right of every appointment booking area.  (please note, some of our clients have experienced issues with their accounts when duplicates are created with slight variations in spelling of names and other details.  Please contact the salon concierge to repair your account and delete the duplicate entries)
