APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Our online booking platform sends a reminder text message to your cellular number 4 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy reminder.

Do not reply to these messages as they are system generated and not monitored.

All cancellations must be emailed to concierge@mavnhair.com.com or texted to (587) 415-8600.

In your appointment confirmation email we send to you at the time of booking we have instructions on messaging the salon on arrival.

These messages are to let us know that you have arrived and are in our parking lot.  As the parking lot is monitored, we need to collect your vehicle plate number which we use to authorize your vehicle parking for 4 hours during your appointment.  The text message provides that information and helps ensure we don’t miss your plate number and a potential parking ticket!  Thank you for your help and support!

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

You can also text the salon during business hours to request or ask questions about making an appointment, how to use or ordering products, or to chat with our salon concierge about other salon business.

Please refrain from texting personal messages to our team as this is for salon business only.

We will text you if there is a business reason to reach you to:

  • Ask for your approval to confirm or make changes to an appointment
  • Inform you if your appointment needs to be moved or cancelled in the event of an emergency or sickness.
  • Respond to a request from you to send additional information on a product or appointment related questions.
  • When we need to speak with you to clarify information prior to a booked appointment (this happens very rarely)
